A spooky Feast - Halloween cooking in English class
On Halloween-Friday, we had a special Halloween cooking activity in English class with Ms. Klein and Mrs. Bernegger. Everyone was really excited because we didn’t just speak English — we also made some spooky and delicious snacks!
We made ghost toast. We fried slices of toast like French toast and sprinkled ghost-shaped stencils with powdered sugar on top. The result was sweet, spooky and super tasty.
We also prepared monster mouths. We cut apple slices and used mini nuts as teeth — they looked really creepy but tasted great!
We didn’t miss the mummy sausages and the monster pizza. We wrapped sausages in puff pastry and baked them until they looked like little mummies. The pizza had little spiders and cheese-ghosts on it. Yammi.
It was so much fun, and everyone enjoyed the spooky snacks. We all agreed — English lessons like this should happen more often! 🎃👻
